After my studies I got offer for the position of Head of NOC engineer. During my 8 months experince I was doing Account management, business development, team management, customer satisfaction, Escalate unresolved issues and Documentation and reporting.

During my studies in Poland, I have been giving working remotely as noc engineer for RegnumNetwork. I did installing and configuration network devices and also was responsible for network performance and system updates.

That’s where I start my career. I did Monitoring, Troubleshooting , configuration VoIP devices, Client support, Customer satisfaction. It helped me a lot to gain technical and marketing experinces.
